what can i do to cure my problem without having to go see a doctor?
As an enlisted soldierArmy all the way!
If you want tech go navy or airforceYou can finds ways to stay fit there, if you tryIf you want a physical challenge, go Army or Marines, but you will find fewer high tech toys to play with.
Have you looked into the Navy? My brother carefully looked into every branch and found that the Navy was the best for himIf that doesn't look like it would fit you, It sounds like you would do well in the Air Force
The symptoms are typically diet-related, so I would start there Make a calendar for the month, and each day record what you eat, and when symptoms ariseAfter a few weeks, you should start to see a connection between the symptoms and what you eat, so you know which foods to avoidGet lots of fiber in you diet as well, I think it is supposed to be like 12grams a day or somethingAlso, stress is probably one of the biggest contirubtors; the less stressed you are, the less often sympotms should occur, and they should be less severeI would still recommend going to the doctor; mine has me taking 2 different prescriptions, and coupled with everything above, I don't even notice I have it most daysHope this helps!
