It's only 8:30pm, yet I feel exhausted and ready for bed. However, I never really go to bed this early. Should I just go to bed or wait another hour or two?Also, what time do you go to bed?
I would say whatever floats your boat but keep in mind the regular time you go to bed though! you dont want to mix it up too much cause if you go to bed at 11 every night, and then all of a sudden you go to bed at 8, it will confuse your body because it's used to going to sleep at 11.
well, it's early, but i guess it depends on how old you are and like what you do every day, for ex. if you're and athlete you need a lot of sleep, so maybe if you're an athlete you'll go to bed early. but if you're really tired i think you should go to bed early, i would! and i go to bed like at different times, like during school days i go to bed earlier, at the like weekends i go later, maybe like 10:00.... :), i know, it's kinda early!
Just go to bed. I go to bed at like 10:00 but regret it in the morning cause I can hardly get up.
If you're tired, listen to your body and go to bed, silly. I physically get in my bed between 10 and 11 usually, sometimes 9 and then I watch TV until I fall asleep usually between 11 and 1.
I go to bed when I am tired. Go ahead and go to bed now, it's not too early. The extra hour or two might be exactly what you need. Now go. goodnight.
