Is a ceramic straightener better than platinum? Both are from salon?
Ceramic for sure, the ceramic is the best one for the health of your hair, which is why they are usually the priciest ones, but worth it.
I'd ask if they wanted me to fetch an extinguisher :-)
I would try to get help, or do whatever I could to save them.
