I was going to install a skunk2 catback exhaust system into my 2008 civic coupe, but i was wondering if its legal or not in the state of PA. Thanks!
Since I don't live or do business in PA, I don't have immediate access to their rules and regulations, but I would think that as long as the aftermarket exhaust system you want to use meets the state's rules for noise and safety, then it should be legal to install it on your car.
Ask ya local traffic cops there more likely to know than folk on here who know nothing about where you live, following this!!!!!
