As a health cereal touted for its high fiber, I was surprised to see aspartame in the ingredients list Does anyone know if it has been proven to really be bad for you? I've heard cases linking it to cancer.is this true??

you can use foil,wash the chicken breast with salt,lemon and cold water then dry it with napkins like(BOUNTY),then season it with your favorite things like : a little bit of rosemary,crushed pepper,salt,a little bit of lemon juice,olive oil.put the chicken breast on two papers of foil to make it stronger then put it in broil and dont forget to flip it on both 2 sides for about 10-15 minutes.and if you dont want to use a broil you can bake in the normal oven or about 25 minutes,,when its done serve it with mashed potatoes or baked potatoes and BBQ sauceBON APPETIT :)
