Is Britney spears preforming at the 2010 VMA'S?

I know lady gaga is, but what about Britney? Is she deffinently preforming?

We don't know. There are rumors that the announcement of Britney's new album is August 27th, and the first single comes out on September 7th. Since a new song is supposedly~ being released right before the VMA's, people think she might perform. It's all just rumors that Britney fans have come up with though, nothing is confirmed. And the VMA's are also the same day as JJ's birthday so she might not even go. We have no idea what is going to happen. Her team never tells us anything.
