Question:

is ceramic diploma engineer can migrate to Australis?

I‘m ceramic engineer. i have finished my diploma in 2010. now i want to migrate to Australia is it possible???

Answer:

Diploma is not a degree. You need at least a bachelors, probably a masters, to look for a job in Australia and qualify for temporary employment visa if you ever find one. Ditto for immigration. But is there any need for degreed ceramic engineers in Australia at all? That particular specialty of engineering does not appear on the list, so you would not be eligible even with proper degrees.
Get on a refugee boat and the stupid left-wing politicians in Canberra will be falling over themselves to let you in. However, make sure you don't tell them you have training because they only want those people to take the low-paying jobs so they can exploit them more easily(i.e. people who can't read or write etc).
No. Ceramic Engineer isn't on the list of eligible occupations (the CSOL) and for Australian immigration purposes, engineers must be degree qualified unless they have many years experience. www.immi .au/skilled/_pdf/sol-. The CSOL
