I might buy this cute phone charm and want to know if ceramic breaks easily.
Ceramics are very fragile, they are actually a type of glass and how fragile they are varies with thickness.
ceramic is made out of clay if an art piece was made out of plastic or glass it would be called a sculpture i would buy something plastic to put on my phone, because i don't know about you but mine gets thrown around alot and clay breaks just at easily as glass

By put water on burns if you don't the pain and heat that you still feel or the patient still feels is the meat still cooking. By putting the burn under running water it will slow or may even stop the cooking process. The blanket isn't going to do anything.
It's not made out of either, it's a material unto itself. It's closest to fortified clay. I've got a ceramic phone charm, it's really stong. I couldn't break it if I stamped on it in heavy boots. It definitely won't smash in your bag or anything like that.
