i am doing a project and cannot find anything about moder greek ceramics, only anicent. if you have any info please explain and if you have a website that would help. thanks
its exactly the same thing.
Ancient Greeks used ceramics for storage of food/drink. In modern day Greece we mostly use glass, metal and plastic containers, like in the rest of the western world, because they're easier to clean and more durable. Ceramic is used for flower pots, traditional yoghurt containers, pots for cooking in the oven (rarely and mostly in restaurants) and artefacts sold in touristic places.
