If you get fake cheese then yes it's made of plastic, but the real edible stuff comes from happy cows and no plastic. Not scared of blood on the first and third wednesdays of the month but I am on all the other days (I wear my superman costume on the first and third wed.)
it's not made OF plastic. but it is a plastic. t has the same structure of plastics. :)
The only cheese that is made of plastic would have to be some of those thin slices of cheese, that you get to put on top of beefburgers.

Processed American cheese and Velveeta look plastic. Maybe they are loaded with plastic. Blood doesn't bother me.
