Other foods rich in iron: Iron fortified cereals (There's 18 mg in a bowl of Total) cooked beans and lentils green leafy vegetables black-strap molasses pumpkin seeds dried fruit such as raisins and apricots baked potato WITH skin You could also cook your food using a cast iron skillet. Iron from the skillet is absorbed directly into the food being cooked.
