Answer:

Explain to your mom that straightening hair doesn't have to ruin itAs long as you use plenty of moisturizing conditioner, put on a heat protector before you straighten to keep your hair from getting burned, and don't hold the straightener on one part of your hair for too long without moving it, you should be fine.
It will ruin your hairIt makes it frizzier and more damagedStraightening hair is a horrific thing to do, it might look good the first few times, but you're BURNING your hair, this will damage it so badlyYou're just going to have to cut it! You probably have split ends if it's frizzyGet a new shampoo and conditioner, I bet your mother wouldn't mind spending an extra couple of dollars on a good shampoo and conditioner than let you ruin your hair.
Hi I'm a nutritioist, When you say today you had the porridge etc Is that all you will eat today?, or is that just breakfast? It is recommended that you should have between 12 and 24 grms of fibre every dayYour daily intake of foods should be made up of 55/60% carbs(which does include fibre) of this 55/60% carbs no more than 20% should be mono/di sacharides or sugar15/20%protein and 25/30% fat but make sure the fat is NOT hydrogenated!! Hope this helped a little.
