Question:

Is fibre the way to go for best weight loss results?

I've read that fibre has a low calorie content but is also the most satisfying component in food.Does this mean that in order to lose weight one should boost your fibre intake? Are there any other methods or recommended foods?

Answer:

no cranberry juice helps for women who have UTI because it flushes out womens urinary systems but it wont clean drugs out
it can along with lasixa diuretic,,, but the easiest way is to the the one from a company called puck technologiesit's synthetic urine,,, male or female,, passes for both,,, I didn't believe it myself but my wife has used it on her drug screen, they even sent it to a lab,, and came back fineit's about 75 bucks and is usually at your local smoke shopcomes with a belt that goes around your waist with a thermometer,,
No it will only dilute your urine not flush out your systemIf you want to flush out your system you need to stop smoking for a few weeks (sucks I know) and get lots of exercise and drink lots of fluidsOnce I had a drug test and did this on the way to the test: I got 3 20oz water bottles, filled 2 up with water and 1 up with cranberry juice and took them in the car with meThe whole way there I alternated two gulps of water for every one gulp cranberry juiceIt was a HORRIBLE ideaI had to pee so bad when I got there, so they had me pee in the cup right awayThis was all fine and good but then I had to pee again 5 minutes laterThen I had to have a hernia test (which involves lying down on your back while the doc presses down on your bladder area) and that was like tortureThen I had to stop on the way home and pee like 3 times as well as take a huge dumpOh yea and to top it all off my urine ended up being too diluted I had to retake the test.
Eat things that are high in non soluble fiber it will fill you up and not have much food valueThe best way to lose weight is to burn more than you consumeKeep track of everything you eat and drink and total it up so you can see how you are doingIt takes 3500 calories to gain or lose one pound.
