Let it go cold and use it in a rice saladBe careful to make sure it cools properly though, spread it out so it cools quickly as you can get food poisoning from rice that isn't cooled properly.
Put it in a plastic container put a piece of tape on it, write down rice and the date and throw it in the freezerWhen you want to use it again just put it in the microwave, will taste just a good as when you made it and it's not wasting foodIf you do this with all leftovers it's amazing how you can save time and money when you want something to eat and don't feel like making anything.
It all depends on who you talk toThe spray on insulation is great because it will better fill in all of the cracks that normal sheets of insulation can missOn the downside, it is usually more expensiveIf you can afford the extra money, I would say go for the spray on insulation, but the sheets of insulation are still good.
