Question:

Is it hard to ride a motorcycle?

Is it like a stick car? that it will roll back on hills and i need to be shifting and all that stuff?

Answer:

Take the Motorcycle Safety Foundation Beginners Rider Course. Riding a motorcycle is not hard, but you need to be educated if you are going to do it right! There is a bit of coordination involved but if you can drive stick, you can probably handle a bike. There was a girl in my class who didn't know what a clutch was when she started and even she did OK
Motorcycles are harder to ride on then to drive a car. Other factors are involved such as balance, steering lean, and front/rear brake control. There is an American made motorcycle that takes the clutch and shifting part of the equation and removes it though. Take a look at the Ridley Automatic Motorcycles link.
You get used to it. roll back on hills It happens. Your feet provide traction on all but the steepest hills. You'll learn to work the clutch and throttle to minimize this -- the heavier your motorcycle, the greater the skill needed. i need to be shifting Yes.
