Is it illegal to have copper pipes for gas in Texas? Is there a web site where I can go to find out where copper pipes for gas is illegal. My grandmother is needing new gas equipment installed in her home but the people she hired to fix it said they could not install anything until she had all the copper pipes ripped out and replaced. Any help would be appreciated.

Kind of when you can turn the steering wheel a little bit in each direction without it affecting the steering of the car. in other words, you turn it to the left or right a little yet the wheels do not turn right away, you have to turn it further than normal to get a response out of it. Also-the steering wheel will feel a bit sloppy-loose like, with allot of movement in it.
