Question:

Is it legal for a car dealership to sell me a car without telling me about faulty safety features?

We recently purchased a used 2004 Ford Escape we are finding out that they dealership guy lied about alot of stuff. We were told it only had one owner but I found someone else's insurance card, reciept of purchase etc in the glove box. The people bought it a few weeks before we did then returned itso we called these people cause we are now having transmission problems they told us they took it to get spare keys made 8 seperate codes came up about the seatbelts being faulty that the passenger airbag is faulty as well. Is it legal to sell car to someone not tell them about the faulty safety features??

Answer:

You can't be too sure without taking a pregnancy test. If its negative, your friend should get herself checked for any hormonal imbalance.
Well let me think, almost a 50 year old turntable and it won't run when you press START. You need 3 things; power, the motor to start, and a spinning platter. I'd start with the power. Once you get that, you might give the turntable a spin to see if it starts, then, it might be time to take the platter off and check out the rubber parts, assuming it's a rubber roller that runs the platter. I couldn't tell if the turntable was automatic start or not, or if it had an automatic return. There are a lot of pictures on the web of a radio turntable combo.
