If you are an artist, would it be mandatory to perform live and do concerts and tours? Or does the artist have a choice? Like every artist I know performs live but I want to know, can you be a famous artist and not perform live?
Recently, with many of the new technologies and widespread use of them is making it possible to do less of live performances. An example are the YouTube'rs who get famous because of their videos. However, I still recommend live as it's the most effective way to earn money as an artist.
