v8 is high in sodiumand honestly, i'm 15, 5 foot 2 and 117 pounds and i basically cry when i look in a mirror even though people tell me i'm skinny/averageand i KNOW what its like to want to lose weight so badly, but trust me, you WON'T end up working out 3 hours a dayand 20 pounds in 2-3 is an unrealistic goalyou'll need to lose weight gradually, and if that boy doesn't like you cause you gained a few pounds then he's not worth your timegood luck! just don't eat candy or fatty foods (peanut butter, syrup on pancakes, butter on potatoes, etc) and eat fruits and vegetables for snacks and don't overeat and go for a daily runyou'll get the weight off eventually.
