Ok but may/ June this year I would like a flat stomach and to lose weight, im 14 5ft 8 and 13 stone, I have quite a lot of fat on my belly and I have tried everything to lose itOk so here's the point I want to have a flat stomach, to be more flexible, so I can do the splits and stuff and to be about 8 stone, can you give me tips on how I can do this please.
toluene or paint thinner will workcrc brand cable clean as wellhavent tried it but i bet off deep woods would disolve it
