If I just recently purchased a passport for regular speed of processing (4-6 weeks) and have now found out that I need it within two weeks, is there any way to pay the extra $60 and have the status changed to expedited? Or is it too late now?

Champion means diddly squat (especially since it seems like your definition of champion is champion bloodlines if your pet was bred for pet quality and not breeding quality, champion means NOTHING), you obviously have questions about the breeding, and they should be answered by a breeder that is already established. I mean, what happens when something goes wrong during the birth? Are you just gonna get on Answers and ask what to do?

I think that's very possible. I did a 13:20 2 mile when I was a sophomore and an 11:32 when I was a Junior. You may even be able to do better than you think.
