Is it possible to convert a 2002 Toyota Tundra to be wheelchair accessible? haven't heard back from dealer.

Answer:

.anything is possible given enough time and moneyIt depends on how impaired you areIf you're paraplegic, you can probably modify the seat riser on the drivers seat to act as a lift, and install a small crane either in the cab (if it is an extended version) or in the box to accommodate your chairI'm struggling to figure out how to adapt it for use if you're a quadI'm not sure how you could accomplish transfer to the vehicle seat, and I'm not sure how you could maneuver a wheel chair in the cab of the truck (it'd be too small in height and width)Now that I think about it, if you're para, you'd need to be able to manage a transfer to use the vehicle seatThe controls wouldn't be any different from any other vehicle.
