That'd be cruel as most fat people can't see the floor directly below them without bending over - which would upset other diners. An idea would be either width restriction to the buffet, or a trapdoor that opens if a certain lardypants wanted to eat the entire contents.
get a rubber dish washing glove and run your hand over your sheets. it should pick up all of the hair.
