My private violin tescher once told me that a violinist once was tuning his violin with the peggs and the E string popped off and cut his eye. Then since there was little medical technology he later died. I know that the E string is very skinny and can cut through things very easily but I do not know if it was something she told me to scare me so i would not turn my peggs and risk popping my string off. I would love to know if theis statement is true or false because everytime i turn m y peggs i am frightened. Thanks for youre help.Love Ya!Alicia
the faucet you have is probably a/an anti freeze type they can be repaired, the stem is anywhere from six to ten inches in lenght and has a rubber washer just like any other faucet
Compared to German cars, yes. The Lexus ES has always been essentially a luxurious Camry, keeping the humdrum driving qualities and front-wheel-drive. Even in recent years, when its competition gets more and more sporty, it stays just as sedate, but currently has around 300 HP, a good number. However, it is still a decent car to drive, especially as your first. It isn't as slow as say, a Honda Fit, and is a lot more comfortable and safe than a Fit. Not all ES300 drivers are granddads, and driving an ES300 makes you look more respectable than say, driving a beaten-up Civic with a 5-foot spoiler made of plywood on the back. The luxury is great too
Use a 1/2 sharkbite coupling. It will fit the copper and pb with no compression or soldering. It simply slides onto the pipe and that is it, just make sure you have it all the way on the pipe. You will likely have to ream the inside of the copper to remove that ridge.burr inside so it will slide over the inside stiffener in the sharkbite fitting. I am not sure if some of the hardware stores will have them but a plumbing supply should. You can also buy a small orange plastic release fitting to remove the coupling or remove one piece of pipe from the coupling for future work. It will cost around $5.00 but it is well worth it, way simple and easy. Best of luck.
