Question:

is my pc over heating?

the motherboard temp is always 46 c (115 f)the cpu doesn't go under 50c(126 f) and is usually 52c (126)while i am doing nothing the hardrive is always 48 c (118 f)so i would like to know if my pc is over haeting or i am just paranoid

Answer:

You can marinade them in soy sauce for a little bit, and then grill them You could serve with a side of mixed vegetables, and perhaps some riceYou could maybe make a mini stir fry with veg and noodles and have the steaks on the side OR I like to make a creamy sauce, and drizzle that over grilled steaks, and serve with mashed potato and side of vegetablesSprinkle with pepper.
Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with plenty of Jerk seasoning and a quick squeeze of lemonWhack 'em under a nice hot grill - they won't take very longGood with rice, and maybe some peppers, quickly fried up with a sweet tomato sauce (add some pineapple chunks!), or just a salad.
Simple.Teriyaki Salmon
A really simple and elegant idea would be to just grill your salmon steaks and at the same time grill some fresh asparagus (just clean trim it as usual, if you want you could toss it in the tiniest bit of olive oil and a sprinkle of SP, then throw it on the grill just being careful that the spears go in the opposite direction of the grill!) Then serve it with some steamed wild rice, and either Hollandaise sauce, or even easier (and lighter!) a drizzle of lemon butterFor lemon butter: Heat a couple tablespoons of lemon juice until hot, not boilingUse a small whisk or fork to mix in small cubes of cold butter one at a time until sauce reaches a slightly thickened consistency(usually about 1 1/2 - 2 times as much butter as lemon juice) Keep warm until ready to serve by sitting bowl of sauce inside a bowl of warm waterIf you have an extra couple minutes, a great starter would be an orange onion saladJust peel slice some fresh oranges (add a grapefruit in the mix if you like), sliver half an onion or a red onion, mix together with a splash of balsamic vinegar and a drizzle of olive oilServe just like that, or arrange on a bed of romaine lettuceTo dress it up, sprinkle on some toasted almond slivers, snipped chives, a few grilled shrimp - this is easy to take from super easy to super fancyBon Appetit!
a 52c idle temp is a little high for me personallyMany say it's ok but i think it's rather hot most cpu's if the go over say 65c (which your probably would under load) will shorten the life spanIm a overclocker so i watch my temps close an have done some research into itYou can try re-seating you cpu fan an replacing the thermal greaseI use Arctic Alumina as it is ceramic based an doesn't conduct electricityAlso add some more case fans that will pull all your temps downI do suggest you google this an do some research if you plan on doing it as applying to much thermal grease can do more damage then good.
