I just moved into an apartment in NYC and I‘m decorating. For the wall I was thinking of hanging up some copper bars horizontally, and I want the copper to look oxidized. Would it be dangerous to purposely oxidize the copper? I believe it releases fumes which are poisonous but well ventilated (or outside) I imagine that wouldn‘t be so much of a problem.
Check and see if you have a Cycle Gear in your area they have reasonable rates on tires and mounting. You have to take the wheels off your motorcycle for them.
I went with Metzler on my '06 Springer Softail
most mechanics should be able to do that
Artificially aging copper is fairly common. Now, the actual process of 'painting' the chemical on the tubes might be better off if done outside. Why take the chance ?
