Drusy is a textural term we use to refer to euhedral quartz crystals projecting into a cavity. There is no relationship between age and the texture of quartz. There is also no relationship between fossil coral and quartz as they have very different origins. You could easily establish a maximum age for the quartz crystals if you knew the age of the enclosing rock, but it wouldn't give you a minimum age.
