Question:

Is the aerodynamic force lift used on race cars also?

Lift is the force that allows air crafts to fly along with gravity, drag and thrust. Do race cars have lift when the move on a race track?

Answer:

exact opposite on cars, they want downforce. I heard somewhere that a F1 racecar at race speed has a center of gravity below the ground it has so much downforce.
They try to prevent lift. They would put on those big spoilers or reshape the body of the car to prevent lift and get downforce around corners to help with traction.
lift is what they want to avoid.
