Planing a trip in Oct to the Rock and Roll HOF and looking for other things to do when we are there.is the Flat's still a place to go?
My wife is from Cleveland, and she took me a couple years back to meet the folksShe made it a point to show me the Flats, and all of the bars etc Sadly, there was only a couple places open, everything shut down, according to my wife it wasn't the place she remembered at all.
