i would geld him. if he is that agressive as a stallion why would you want to breed a horse like that? we have 4 stallions and none act agressive. they are bred in hand and are gentlemen. do yourself a favor and geld him or at least keep him away from the mares.
as far as the currying goes, some horses have sensitive skin and its painful to be curried. id throw that brush away, or he's never going to enjoy grooming. dont feed him a hay with a high protein content. grass hay is best. and dont grain him. hay is fine for a pony who doesn't really work. as far as lungeing the other, maybe he's painful bending the one way. work slowly, walking him in a circle to try to develop the other bend.
