Question:

Is there a legal limit or better yet an average CO2 level for residential dwellings?

OSHA guidelines for a workplace environment seem to point to 5000ppm as an upper limit. This seems very high and not advisable for a legal limit for a residential dwelling. We are experiencing upwards of 2000 ppm and find ourselves in harms way. The apartment has gas (stove, heat) and no ventilation out except a single bathroom fan. The stove hood is not vented out and the hvac unit only recirculates, no fresh air mix. So the only way we can survive in here is to crack open all 6 windows, 24/7. It is currently 0 degrees outside and you cannot go near the windows which have ice hanging all over the inside of them. Even with this our CO2 readings have been hard to keep below 800ppm.

Answer:

hmm thats a good question. Ive always seen those. well if you look on one side of the bolt holding toghether the rubber, there i think should be a smooth side and the other has like a hole. demolish that hole then take it appart. either that or the board is just made with it on there
When you're setting down a monster, that is called a Set, when you Normal Summon the monster, you place it from your hand onto the field in face up attack mode If Deep Sea Diva is face down and you flip it face up, that is called a Flip Summon, and since flip summon isn't consider a normal summon, its effect doesn't trigger, neither does a set There are rarely any monster's effect that will activate while they're face down, what I can think of is Big Shield Gardna / Mid Shield Gardna
