Is there a way to get the plastic windows on my convertible clear again without replacing.?

Answer:

Cut them out.
go to a auto glass shop and if theyre not too messed up you can get a polisher to use with a buffer
maguiers makes some stuff called clear plastic cleaner.polish, conditioner all in one its avail at any auto parts store but other brands are avail...that do the same job, they work really good are meant for your situation,,,,$10.00 or less its in the car wax section.......clear plastic polish......try it on your headlight lenses, guage cluster lens, brake lights, adds new life to all plastic lenses.
Yes! There are actuall polishes made for these windows. I have also used Softscrub but only on real basket cases. Try some toothpaste and a soft rag on a small spot on your rear window. I have seen this done once before with pretty good results.
Some autoparts stores carry stuff, but I would try flitz. They make an array of cleaners for convertible tops and windows.
