I'm considering starting running to help me lose some fatWill I notice any difference if I run at home on a treadmill or if I run on a trail.
It depends on where you are running outsideRunning is great for you however, it can be very hard on your knees if you are running on concreteTreadmills are better for the knees in that aspect because they are softerBut, running inside can be VERY boring and it can also be very easy to just quit when you wantIf you take a run outside no matter what you still have to run back to the starting pointYou can't just stop when you want like a treadmillMotivation is a huge factor when you begin any exercise routineYou should get a friend involved and start going to a gymIt is much more motivating to be out of the house and also have someone there with you for a little friendly competition And, don't forget your stretching!! That will help you prevent injuries!! Good luck!!
Your evidence is your common sense.
