i want any pallet! the brand doesn't really matter as long as there nice and pigmented kolors! also cheap! no more than about $20-$40!
The shimmer is really shimmery, so if you like shimmer it's great. The matte has a few pearls ih it, meaning it has a little shimmer, but not as much as the shimmer pallet. I personally like shimmer, so I use that one, but if you aren't shimmer crazy, go with the normal.

i would recomend the 88 matte coastal scents pallet just because it has more makeup in it
