Question:

is there some kind of wiring among the different components of the motherboard.?

i mean there must be some way that data in the form of current must be reaching to different components of motherboard. is it through some kind of printed wires very thin in size?

Answer:

Hi, Components on the motherboard are not connected through any wires. All the components (IC's Semiconductors, power connectors etc) are connected through computerized soldering. All the data is transferred in Bits of 0's and 1's known as the assembly language. This can be the simplest way I can describe it. Update / Email in case you have any queries. Wireless:)
Not much wiring. Most of the data is transmitted through the low resistance semiconductor that is the motherboard.
