is there such thing as a own home alarm system?

Answer:

It's not legal unless you agree to it. There was an interesting case on the east coast (I forget just where) a few years ago. A car rental company was fining customers who drove their cars over the speed limit. When you rented the car there was a paragraph in the contract about it, but of course nobody reads those things. Then when you brought the car back there was a GPS in it that recorded your speed, and if you'd gone more than 5 MPH over the speed limit they would add like $100 to your bill. Speeding, they claimed, made it much more likely that their car would be involved in an accident, and of course if you rent a car you're driving on -their- insurance. The company was sued and they said in their defense that the customers actually -agreed- to it in the contract. But they were still forced to stop charging people for speeding. If they can't do it, even though the customers were forced to agree to it to rent a car, then your landlord can't do it either.
ones that offer little or no protection. They look like style goods not real motorcycle gloves Have you ever fallen off a push bike! what do you put out first Yes you guesed it your hands and you skinned your palms. Now MAGNIFY that pain and discomfort 1000 times when you fall off your motorbike. and watch the tarmac wear your hands down to the stumps of your wrists.. HOWEVER the bike is B!TCHING love the SMART REPLICA ducati!!
