Answer:

Ditch the Angel's Mercy. Life gain for the sake of life gain is worthless. Personally, I'd ditch the Cancels and Solemn Offerings as well. I find Ally decks work best where pretty much everything is aimed at just playing an Ally every turn. At least Sideboard them. I'd also remove one of the Seagate Loremasters, just because of the mana cost being enoguh that you don't want to start with two of them in your hand. Add in another Hada Freeblade and 4 Jwari Shapshifters. Remove the Ondu Clerics. Then you can have your lands be something like 10 Plains, 10 Islands, and 4 Tectonic Edges.
try this creatures 25 kazandu blademaster 4x hada freeblade 4x umara raptor 4x kabira evangel 4x jwari shapeshifter 3x talus paladin 3x sea gate loremaster 3x other 11 venser 1x journey 4x mana leak 4x join the ranks 2x lands 24 plains 12x islands 8x teramorphic expanse 4x would be better if you could get some seachrome coast / glacial fortress cancel cost too much replace with mana leak. ondu cleric, life gain is uneeded since you got talus paladin. angels mercy, does nothing, same reason as above. solemn offering -> if you need artifact or enchantment removal, I suggest kor sanctifier instead.
