i own a Hyundai tiberon 2007 ,when i drive it in the morning it will run smooth but after 10-15 min the car warms up to regular temp and when i hit 20-25 mph the car will pull back real quick as if i was rear ended or hit a bump.spark plugs and wires are new and when i take it to get looked at i get no codes.from what i have been told its a transmission issue but this only happens after the car warms up,could that still be a transmission issue?
I answered this similar Q already - you need someone who is qualified to diagnose the vehicle to see IF, mind you IF the trans is an issue or not !!! does not matter what someone told you, unless that person is a transmission mechanic !!! it is free to take your vehicle to several shops to find out what is causing the problems it's having
Of course it is a transmission issue. When cold your transmission oil is a little thicker, and lubricates better. Also the bands in a transmission loosen with heat. They are made of metal and just like all metal they expand when they get warm. So you may even need a rebuild. A simply transmission flush and new filter may fix the problem. It being a 2007 I am sure you have more than 50,000 miles on it, and you probably haven't ever changed the transmission fluid or filter which is suppose to be done every 50,000 miles. If it has been doing it for a while you may have caused further damage that need fixing.
