I was in an incident last night. I knocked on my neighbors door to ask if i could watch the UFC fights that were on this weekend. It was around 130 in the morning but they play the preliminary fights again after the main fights. Anyways, once i knocked and he answered he said 'why the **** are u knocking on my door this late? Then he physically shoved me at least 10 feet onto my back, so i went home.15 minutes later, cops came to my house and arrested me for disorderly conduce, and trespassing, even though i was never inside his house. Just on his front steps. So I have a plan, I am going to meet him in the parking lot if i see him and apologize for what I did, and hopefully get him to apologize for assaulting me. But I will have my phone record the conversation while it is in my pocket. As far as I know, this is not entrapment because I am not trying to make him commit a crime, just admit he committed a crime. So is if i used this evidence in court, would be be permissible or not?

You can vacuum the carpet and the upholstered furniture. You can dust the hard furniture (tables and chairs). You can use a sticky roller (like people use to take lint off of clothing) on couches and chairs and decorative pillows. You can use one of those rubber brushes which uses static electricity to attract the cat hair. If you're brave, you can give them a bath. Use a Zoom Groom brush while bathing. Or, if you prefer, then take the cats to a groomer (that's what I did, and I'm glad they were in good hands!!). You just have to be diligentand brushing/combing them three to four times a week is a wonderful start!! Good job!
