Question:

Is too much fiber good for you?

I'm trying to eat healthier by eating the foods I like highest in fiber, but is that good for me or is there a limit? What could happen by eating too much fiber?

Answer:

wrap it in foil, then double wrap in newspaper, then again in foil
Wrap it in foil a number of times then put it inside the engine bay of your car.sounds weird but it works if you find the right spotIf you find the wrong spot, it will be somewhat over cooked.
High fiber foods are really good for youThey help regulate your system help prevent colon problems such as cancer and polyps, keep you feeling full much longer, and aid in weight loss since you feel more full for a longer period of time with the high fiber stuff.the side effects if you're not use to high fiber is bloating and gasThis will go away once your system adjusts! Just eat the high fiber stuff at night until you get use to it that way any problems you might have in the beginning will not be in public! Eat lots of beans, high fiber tortilla wraps instead of bread for sandwiches, fiber One brand cereal, oatmeal and breakfast bars and try adding barley instead of pasta to home made soupsIt really makes a diffrence!
