Step 1) Buy a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles costume. Step 2) Buy a hot bikini. Step 3) Put them both on. The costume first, then the bikini over it. Step 4) Go outside and dance around like there's no tomorrow. They'll slow down. Trust me.
Not high, It would more just lose control, and probably go off the road and cause a real bad pain. I just watched a video of a car going about 90, and hitting a speed bump, the rear end went a good two feet off the ground, here is the video in my sources. good luck with your comic.
