On one of the axels or the differential. Just make sure it's not on any of the suspension parts. The owners manual should have everything you need to know.
look in your owners manual it will tell you everything you need to know
usually right behind the front wheel wells or on the engine cradle.The Neon is a front wheel drive unibody with no frame,there is a crossbeam at the front ,under the engine bolted to the frame.Do not jack up anywhere else or the body will buckle under the weight.The owner's manual gives pictures of jack placement.Make sure you use jackstands or a 1/2 ton headache will occur.A notch in the sheet metal indicates where the jack goes.
