Question:

Johnson 70HP Alarm on Constantly?

The alarm on my 1991 Johnson 70HP outboard is constantly sounding. It isn't water or heat related because it sounds before I start the engine. The oil tank has plenty of oil. The service manual doesn't even mention an alarm.

Answer:

Mmkay. Ignore. This. Girl. She is just a little speed bump. And speed bumps are not hard to get over unless your car SUCKS. Y'know what I mean? WellI meant something by that. Don't tell him that exactly, but just mention that you two let one girl get in the middle of your two-year friendship. Don't text him anymore, meet him face-to-face somewhere and just talk it out. To ease tension, get pizza or go in a secluded place with no distractions.
Yes, falsely reporting an incident is a crime. You could be held both criminally liable (probation, court ordered counseling, etc) and liable in civil court (pay all the expenses of the response, if someone gets injured, you could be held responsible for their expenses, etc). Not a wise thing to do. If you are a minor your parents get hit with the lawsuits for damages. Guess where your college fund would go.
