To put a flip shield on a helmet means drilling holes through the shell and using adhesives to hold parts in place. Both of these would compromise the integrity of a shell that was not engineered to be drilled and glued. So what after market company would sell a kit that could have significant liability should the user be severely injured while wearing a modified helmet.
