For some reason the numbers and symbols on my keyboard are not working. The number pad is though. When I try to hit a number it'll do the last letter I typed in instead. Another thing that is weird is that the numbers will work fine when I'm in a video game. Any suggestions?
sounds like the keyboard driver is corrupted, if you use the mouse, go to control panel, system devices, select the keyboard hit delete restart your computer, it should detect that the keyboard isnt installed and reinstall the drivers. other than that the actual keyboard connector might be damaged
Temporary Solution: Use an On-Screen Keyboard.
