Hello. For the past 2 years I have had knee pain and haven't been able to be as physically active as I used to be. Running, squatting, walking up and down stairs, and jumping my knees have pain. I have been to physical therapy. I have been icing them and stretching. But it seems no matter what I do they still hurt. Then when I start to see improvement I have a relapse of pain again. It is just awful. Don't know if I can ever be pain free again. Is there light at the end of this long dark tunnel?? I just feel like I need something. Like what I'm being told to do isn't enough. I can't get healthy. It is ruining my life. Don't know if I can ever play college sports again and even worse I don't know if I will ever be pain free again. I have sharp pain just below the knee caps. And I have tight IT bands. Also I had a surgery for a torn meniscus a couple years ago. Could that have something to do with my continuing pain? Should I get another X-ray or MRI done? Any other advice would be much appreciated. :(
I guess if there is a law against it then I bet you are guilty of it by grabbing someone's else phone when they are calling the cops. But this case is too little to considerate. Grabbing phone would not lead you to jail. Unless you are a snatcher of phones down on the streets. Trouble? This is completely nothing. Have you got a lawyer yet? If not then pick one. Your own lawyer will get you out of there by a snap of a finger. Obstruction of justice would be likely the answer of a charge against you but very unlikely. And since you said you got bruises and buste lower lips you should have medical report on this if not then you have no case to present in court if you decide to battle your bf. And if you have video of your bf acting weird and insane you can also submit this one and file a criminal case against your bf physical abuse and harm to you. A restraining order would be another case against your bf to stay away from you within 500 meters, and if he violated such ruling would face a maximum of 5 years imprisonment.
Why do you keep getting back together with him? God, I'm tired of low self-esteem girls always getting back together or going with their abusive boyfriends/husbands.
This is a serious health issue. Someone needs to anonymously phone the health department to come and see the situation. Maybe more than one person from work should do this to get them over there pronto.
