Best to use ammonia but NOT with the bleach!
I have these in my bathroom And because the window is open all the time they collect a lot of dust and grime I place mine in the bath with hot water vinegar and baking soda I just leave them to soak for a couple of hours Rinse clean using the shower hose then air dry
