I am making a tray of lasagna on friday and I have heard conflicting reports about using a disposable aluminum panI've heard the acidity of the sauce will cause elements of the pan to seep into the lasagna and taint the flavor, is this true?The fact that they are flimsy is not an issue and I plan to throw it away after using it.

If you are using a home made sauce, try adding about a quarter teaspoon of baking soda to your sauce firstThe aluminum in these pans is of a higher grade than in regfoilYou can also spray your pan with cooking spray first( thats what i do)
