The line needs to be changed. The argument is that the switch is on the fire line, not on the zero line. So it's always electrified.
Because of your LED light line, the switch control (off) is zero line. You might as well see if there are any other fluorescent lights or LED lights off at home. If there is, the bus FireWire and zero line exchange, and if only this one, then the LED lights line for FireWire and zero line swap, this phenomenon will disappear.
Hello, this is the zero line fire. It's OK to change the zero line to the fire line. Do not connect the LED light to the ground wire. It is below 36V and can be connected without grounding.
