Would anybody happen to have the technical specs for the Moore-O-Matic Door Sentry Infrared Emitter like the one pictured in
I understand that's an AC powered one with a battery backup. Most likely it's now telling you the batteries are done.
This happened to me also, I called the fire department and they told me to get a can of air and spray the detectors. Trapped dust will cause the alarm to go off sporadically. Also, check the date on the bottom of your detector, it is stamped with an expiration date.
